What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Greeting and checking in job seekers with a smile
📞 Calling and scheduling candidate appointments
📱 Assisting applicants with our online application via tablets or phones
📝 Helping candidates complete onboarding paperwork
📂 Keeping documents up to date, organized, and stocked
📬 Mailing out garnishments/documentation
📞 Answering and directing incoming calls like a pro
🧼 Tidying and maintaining the lobby
🧑‍💼 Supporting our Employment Specialists with various clerical tasks
