What We’re Looking For:
✅ Prior experience as a tire technician or similar role
✅ Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable lifting heavy tires and working physically
✅ Positive attitude and team player mentality
✅ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
