What You’ll Do:

Prepare and apply powder coatings to metal parts with precision

Operate powder coating equipment and maintain a clean work area

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times

Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in powder coating or similar coating processes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

High school diploma or equivalent
