⚙️ Maintenance Technician – Skilled Industrial Maintenance

We’re searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-performance fabrication equipment. If you’re a skilled problem solver with a strong electrical background and hands-on machinery experience, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Service motors, conveyors, 3-phase electrical, AC/DC systems, control circuitry, VFDs, and PLCs
-
Perform maintenance on overhead cranes, forklifts, CNC machines, lathes, lasers, saws, and welding equipment
-
Respond quickly to production downtime calls and resolve issues efficiently
-
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
-
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
-
Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and prevent future breakdowns
-
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules
What You Bring
-
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required

Proven experience with troubleshooting/repairing 3-phase electrical, AC/DC systems, control circuitry, VFDs & PLCs
-
Hands-on experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, CNCs, lathes, lasers, saws, and welding equipment
-
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated manufacturing equipment
-
Ability to work in fast-paced production environments, including tight spaces

A proven track record of problem-solving, precision, and safety

Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
