What You’ll Do

Apply powder coating finishes to metal parts with accuracy and consistency

Prep, clean, and mask parts according to production standards

Set up and operate powder coating equipment for proper coverage and finish

Inspect completed parts for quality, smoothness, and color match

Safely handle materials, chemicals, and shop equipment

Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work area
What You Bring

Powder coat painting experience required (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)

Knowledge of surface prep, coating thickness, and curing processes

Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications

Familiarity with industrial painting tools, equipment, and safety protocols

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
