We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, whether you’ve already mastered powder coating or you’re ready to learn from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be part of a fabrication team that delivers tough, high-quality finishes our customers can count on.
Your Role:

Prep parts for coating—cleaning, hanging, and arranging for even coverage

Apply powder coating with skill and consistency for a professional finish

Cure, inspect, and package finished products to prevent damage in transit

Follow work orders, job travelers, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and in line with safety standards
What You Bring:

Powder coating experience or the drive to learn from experienced pros

Ability to read job travelers and verify part details

Physical strength to lift 50–100 lbs and stay active on your feet all day
