🧹 Janitor – Fabrication Facility
📍 St. Joseph, MO | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire
Do you have experience keeping industrial or fabrication facilities clean and safe? We’re looking for a reliable Janitor who takes pride in their work and knows the importance of a well-maintained workspace. This role goes beyond basic cleaning—it’s about supporting a busy production environment where cleanliness and safety matter.
🔧 What You’ll Do:

Clean and maintain factory floors, restrooms, and office areas

Remove trash, recyclables, and industrial debris from work areas

Operate cleaning tools and equipment (mops, vacuums, scrubbers, etc.)

Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed

Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment

Assist with special cleaning or sanitation projects as assigned
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in industrial janitorial or sanitation work preferred

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Physical stamina—comfortable with lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
