We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent culinary experiences. This position is ideal for a creative, self-sufficient professional with strong scratch-cooking skills and experience in catering or high-volume production.
🔪 Key Responsibilities

Execute daily culinary production with strict attention to quality, recipe compliance, and presentation

Support catering operations by preparing, assembling, and staging menu items for events and high-volume service

Assist with menu development and support, including recipe testing, portion accuracy, and rollout of seasonal or new offerings

Provide strong day-to-day support to the Executive Chef and kitchen team, bringing creativity and problem-solving to the kitchen

👨🍳 Qualifications

3–5 years of professional culinary experience

Experience in catering, banquets, or high-volume production environments

Prior Lead Cook or Sous Chef experience preferred
