Manufacturing Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations. This role focuses on evaluating, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and develop improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Design and conduct research programs to test and validate production methods

Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and resolve challenges

Study product requirements and research testing methods

Coordinate with equipment vendors and oversee equipment maintenance and repair schedules
-
Develop and implement testing methods to ensure product and process quality
-
Calculate production, labor, and material costs to support operational decision-making
-
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing production data and trends
-
Train and guide technicians through design and development projects

Assist in developing production schedules and project budgets

Analyze all aspects of production and recommend process improvements

Support strategic planning related to raw materials, machinery, and operational growth

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Structural Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field required

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement

Demonstrated leadership ability and experience overseeing or guiding team members
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

Advanced computer and software proficiency

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Flexible and willing to support multiple departments as needed

Ability to sit for extended periods, type regularly, and lift up to 15 lbs
