Now Hiring: HR Accountant (Non-Profit Experience Required)

What You’ll Do:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

Handle payroll and HR-related accounting functions
-
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations

Utilize the Blackbaud system (Raiser’s Edge/Financial Edge experience preferred)
-
Assist with audits, reporting, and month-end close
-
Collaborate with leadership to support financial transparency and organizational goals
What We’re Looking For:

Proven accounting experience within a non-profit organization
-
Strong working knowledge of AR & AP procedures
-
Experience with Blackbaud software (required)

Solid understanding of HR/payroll accounting functions
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
