Job Full Description
🔧 What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the formulation operator will:

Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and instrumentation

Maintain and inspect process equipment following established procedures
-
Receive and process raw materials through chemical reactions and production operations
-
Assist in the formulation of agricultural products such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides
-
Support the chemical process by adding reactants and overseeing reaction steps
-
Make equipment adjustments as needed to maintain production flow
-
Operate a forklift to move drums, totes, and pallets
-
Meet quality standards while keeping production on schedule
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
-
Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
✅ What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operations
-
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
