Human Resource Manager (Direct Hire Opportunity)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resource Manager to join our team in a direct hire role. This position plays a key role in supporting our workforce, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records, including entering, organizing, and overseeing personnel files
- Oversee attendance tracking, payroll support, benefits administration, and compensation processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
- Support and manage performance appraisal systems
- Act as a resource for employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture

Experience Required:
