Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing metal fabrication company and lead our maintenance team to success!
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are met at all times
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Coordinate with production teams to keep operations efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in maintenance leadership (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, welding equipment, and fabrication tools
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and keep production moving
- Leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- Commitment to safety and quality
