🏠 Now Hiring: House Setter / Construction Laborer 🔨
Looking for a hands-on job where no two days are the same? We’re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join a crew working on mobile and modular home setup projects. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and traveling to different job sites, this could be a great fit!
✅ Responsibilities Include:
- Removing boards, plastic, and materials from homes
- Siding, skirting, sheet rock, and general construction work
- Cleaning and preparing finished homes
- Using hand tools, drills, and nail guns
- Assisting with setup and finishing work at multiple job sites
💪 What We’re Looking For:
- Construction background preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with siding, skirting, or shingling is a plus
- Mobile home experience is a bonus
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must follow instructions and work well with a team
- Class E license required
🚚 Additional Details:
- Must have reliable transportation to company
- Crew travels together from company to job sites
- Home daily, but work will involve different locations and occasional out-of-state travel
- HS Diploma/GED required
