Now Hiring: Case Manager
Are you passionate about helping people overcome barriers, gain new skills, and build a successful future? We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Case Manager to connect young adults and displaced workers with employment training and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with young adults and displaced workers to assess their employment and training needs
- Enroll eligible participants in workforce development and occupational training programs
- Review grant requirements and verify available funding before approving enrollment
- Help participants complete required applications, documentation, and eligibility paperwork
- Maintain accurate and confidential participant records
- Communicate with training providers, community partners, employers, and funding agencies
- Monitor each participant’s attendance, progress, and completion of training
- Assist participants with overcoming barriers that may affect their success
- Follow up with participants for one year after training to track employment, retention, and career progress
- Document all follow-up communication and required program outcomes
Expected Results
- Participants are enrolled accurately and within required deadlines
- Grant funding and eligibility are verified before training begins
- Records remain complete, organized, confidential, and compliant with program guidelines
- Participants receive consistent support throughout training and their job search
- Required follow-ups are completed and documented for one year
- Program completion, employment placement, and job-retention goals are achieved
- Strong relationships are maintained with participants, training providers, and community partners

- Ability to manage multiple participants, deadlines, and funding requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to understand and follow grant guidelines and program regulations
- Comfortable discussing employment barriers and helping individuals develop solutions
- Proficient with computers, data entry, email, and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Dependable follow-through and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in case management, workforce development, social services, education, recruiting, or grant-funded programs is preferred
