Are you tech-savvy, customer-focused, and great at solving problems? We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide dependable technical support and keep users connected, productive, and secure. This position will turn into a hybrid position.
🖥️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and related systems
- Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities
- Support and troubleshoot Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Help maintain HIPAA compliance, data security, and system availability
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Previous IT help desk or technical support experience preferred
- Healthcare IT or EHR experience is a plus
