A local Springfield company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in client retention.
Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service team.
This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our Customer Service Representative is vital to our success.

What we look for:
- Basic understand of Microsoft Office Suite
