Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Mechanic for one of our manufacturing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a 2 year, technical school, or previous experience doing repairs and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment. The Machine Maintenance Mechanic will be working on engines, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.
- Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and determine need for adjustment or repair.
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examines form and texture of part to detect imperfections.
- Inspects used parts of devices and control instruments.
- Adjusts functional parts of device and control instruments.
- Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting on pneumatic equipment and must have electrical knowledge.
Pay: $18.00/hr + DOE
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-3:30PM
This is a great Full-Time, Long-Term opportunity for someone with impeccable attendance and willing to work overtime when needed.
Must have a two-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3-6 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
