Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Water Softening Service Technician for a local company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial water softening systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment equipment issues
- Perform routine service and filter replacements
- Test water quality and recommend appropriate solutions
- Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their systems
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, water treatment, appliance repair, or a related field preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
