Job Full Description
Maintenance/Grounds Tech needed for a full time, Monday – Friday position. May be an occasional weekend but it would be rare.
Starting wage is $17/hr!!
Hours are 5 a.m. until Noon'ish. Requirements: Clean driving record, valid license, must pass a background check and a UA.
Duties will look like this:
Parking Lot upkeep and maintenance
Driving a sweeping truck
Using a blower
Striping and some shoveling etc.
Job is physical in nature, must have previous maintenance and janitorial experience and a team player mentality. Environment will be indoors/outdoors/shop conditions and position is physical: bend/stoop/reach/grab/lift up to 50 pounds/fit in tight spaces, etc.
