Job Full Description
Downtown property management agency is need of a temporary Office Administrator for a 4 month project.
The schedule is M-F 8-5, and the start date is August 1st. * There will be approximately one month of training. Duties of this position include:
- Phones and EXCELLENT customer service
- Lobby management
- Accounts Receivable and invoice entries/reconciliations
- Data entry, must be able to type 50-60 wpm
- Mailing statements, doing deposits, dispatching
Must haves!
- Dependability
- Ability to commit to the 4 month duration of project
- Amazing customer service skills
- Proven work experience in an administrative role
- Computer experience and aptitude to learn new processes
- The talent of MULTI TASKING and having and eye for detail
**assessement of office skills may be required
