Lead and supervise landscaping crews on daily job assignments

Coordinate project tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and general grounds maintenance

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Train and mentor crew members; delegate tasks based on skill level

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, etc.)

Communicate with clients and project managers regarding progress, needs, and site conditions

Read and follow landscape plans, layouts, and work orders

Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to ensure job readiness

Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce safety protocols
