Join a growing manufacturing team in a hands-on role preparing materials for production. As a Paint/Lamination Technician, you’ll apply coatings using precise rolling and layering techniques in a fast-paced machine shop environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply and laminate paint products to materials with precision
- Read measurements accurately using rulers and tape measures
- Maintain strict quality standards and attention to detail
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
What You Bring:
- Strong math skills (fractions and measuring required)
- Mechanical aptitude; painting/rolling experience preferred
- Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow detailed specifications
