Immediately seeking: Lead Maintenance Technician
Busy property management company is in need of an experienced professional with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. This person should have several years of hands-on maintenance experience, a strong knowledge of building systems and repair techniques. Requires the ability to diagnose problems and complete projects with minimal supervision.

- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain tools and a safe work environment.
This position requires a valid, unexpired Drivers License, pre-employment drug test and background check.
