Job Full Description
We are seeking a Experienced Carpenter for a well-established construction company in the Butte area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with leadership experience to take charge of projects and mentor a team of carpenters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily job site activities and crew members
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, and custom woodwork
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Train and mentor junior carpenters
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
