Job Title: Weekend Fire Watch Monitor
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule:
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday)
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and alert individual to serve as a Weekend Fire Watch Monitor. This role is critical for ensuring the safety of buildings and surrounding areas by maintaining a vigilant watch for any signs of fire or hazardous conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
- Monitor buildings, surrounding areas, and perimeter for signs of fire or smoke.
- Report any suspicious activity or fire hazards immediately.
- Maintain a visible presence and conduct regular patrols as required.
- Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions; this is an outdoor position in all weather.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to stay awake and attentive for long periods.
- Comfortable working alone and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior fire watch or security experience is a plus, but not required.
