Promotional Products & Apparel Sales Assistant
(a.k.a. The Wizard Behind the Swag)
Do you have a knack for design, a love for branded merch, and the organizational skills of a clipboard-wielding event planner? We’re looking for a Promotional Products & Apparel Sales Assistant to help us keep the swag flowing and the clients glowing.
This role is perfect for someone who can juggle mockups, emails, and vendor calls without breaking a sweat—or at least without spilling their coffee.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Besides Looking Cool in Branded Hoodies)
- Designing Mockups – Use Adobe Illustrator to make promotional products look so good, clients will want to order 500 of them just to show their friends.
- Sales Sidekick Duties – Help our sales team look like rockstars by researching products, prepping presentations, and recommending the perfect branded water bottle for every occasion.
- Order Wrangler – Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to make sure orders go out on time and come back looking fabulous.
- Customer Whisperer – Help answer questions, solve problems, and generally make clients feel like they’re your favorite person (even if they ask for 12 revisions).
- Multi-State Magic – Support sales efforts across several states, all while holding down the fort at our home base.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Snacks)
- Adobe Illustrator skills that make your mouse hand twitch with excitement.
- Experience in graphic design, especially for product mockups.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without crying (much).
- Communication skills that make people say, “Wow, that was clear and helpful.”
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in promotional products, marketing, or sales support.

The Fine Print
- This is an onsite role (yes, we like seeing your face in person).
- It’s a full-time, hourly position: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
