Job Title: Nursery Landscape Worker
Pay: $17 per hour to start
Hours: Full-time
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Nursery Landscape Worker to join our team in Helena, MT. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining a variety of cold-hardy trees, shrubs, vines, perennials, and grasses.
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment.
- Ensuring the nursery and work areas are clean and organized.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with plant selection and care advice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and a passion for plants and gardening.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
