NOW HIRING Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician that will become part of our team and assist in maintaining the physical condition of the rental properties and complete assigned duties in a safe professional manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
- Diagnosis and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed
- Remove and transfer heavy appliances as circumstances warrant
- Work hours 30 - 40 hours per week, as required
- Willingness to be on-call from time to time for emergencies (if hired on by management company)
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven maintenance experience dealing with electricity, plumbing and carpentry
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Familiar with use of computer to maintain inventory, track work orders, email and navigate the internet
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Verifiable work references
- Capable and willing to communicate with clients and customers directly when required
