Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Manager/Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer interaction, enjoys creating and refining procedures, and can help streamline scheduling and front-end operations. While experience in graphics and design is a plus, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage scheduling of jobs and appointments
- Develop and implement front-end procedures to improve workflow
- Maintain organized records of customer orders and communications
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and supply ordering
- Support the team with project tracking and customer follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in an office management or administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems is a plus
