Now Hiring: Front Desk Wizard (Official Title: Office Assistant)

Do you have the magical ability to answer phones, greet humans, and make a printer behave—all at the same time? Can you juggle calendars, coffee orders, and client calls without breaking a sweat (or at least without crying in the supply closet)? Then we want you.

We’re on the hunt for a part-time Office Assistant who can keep things running smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter. If you’re organized, reliable, and can smile while multitasking like a caffeinated octopus, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):

  • Mastering the front desk like it’s your personal command center.
  • Answering phones and directing calls like a friendly air traffic controller.
  • Drafting letters, running reports, and scanning documents like a low-key office ninja.
  • Keeping the office equipment alive and functioning (we believe in you).
  • Scheduling meetings, ordering snacks, and making sure no one forgets the coffee.
  • Setting up and cleaning up after meetings like a behind-the-scenes event planner.

The Details:

  • Pay: $18+/hr (because you’re worth it)
  • Hours: 24–32 per week (enough to keep you busy, not enough to make you question your life choices)

  • Shows up. On time. Every time.
  • Has solid office skills and knows their way around a keyboard.
  • Has a track record of sticking around (we’re not into short-term flings).
  • Can handle a little chaos with a lot of grace.
