Job Title: Money Maestro

Role: Help members with their financial transactions, like receiving and paying out cash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Wizardry: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Sell money orders and travelers checks.
• Balance Boss: Keep your cash drawer balanced and transactions in check.
• Transaction Titan: Verify and post transactions to member accounts.
• Friendly Guide: Greet members, provide info, and direct them to the right departments.
• Sales Superstar: Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Office Ninja: Perform miscellaneous tasks like filing, copying, data input, and answering the phone.
• Jack of All Trades: Take on other job-related duties as assigned.

Performance Goals:

1. Be friendly, professional, and confidential with all members and associates.
2. Balance your cash drawer daily like a pro.
3. Post transactions accurately and swiftly.
4. Resolve member inquiries with a smile.

Skills Needed:

• Experience: 1 month to 1 year of similar experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
