Position: Administration Clerk II – Finance
Primary Function
Support financial operations through accurate data entry and administrative tasks, following established procedures under general supervision. May recommend solutions with prior approval.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and proprietary information
- Perform receptionist duties:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail and messages
- Enter financial data in QuickBooks:
- Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers, process payments
- Accounts Payable: Record bills, issue checks
- Reconcile inter-company accounts, make deposits, enter payroll data
- Support HR by documenting employee requests and forwarding them appropriately
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and timely payments (e.g., Workers Comp, liability, health)
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data flow
- Maintain organized office files
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of office administration and financial data entry experience
- Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial documents (e.g., balance sheets, income statements)
- Ability to sit for extended periods
