Temporary Office Receptionist/Admin
Dates: October 13 – November 3, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Office Receptionist/Admin to support our team during a short-term assignment. This role involves working closely with Disability VA patients and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Perform general office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic office software
