A property management company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Property Specialist to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of commercial properties. This role ensures a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications
