Office Executive Assistant
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (DOE)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Executive Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly. You’ll assist leadership with scheduling, communications, coordination, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities

Phone & Email Management:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally

Calendar & Scheduling:
- Maintain and organize executive calendars
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry and office tasks as needed

Underwriting Coordination:
- Monitor status updates and documentation
- Communicate between internal staff and underwriting teams
- Track progress and follow up on pending items

Social Media Assistance (as needed):
- Support with posting, drafting content, or monitoring accounts
- Maintain brand voice and professional presence online
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or front office role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Social media experience a plus
- Experience with underwriting or document tracking a bonus (not required)
