Promotional Lead Generator
Pay: $15–$20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, between 9:00 AM–8:30 PM (morning or evening shifts)
We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Promotional Lead Generator to represent our brand inside a big-box retail environment. This role focuses on engaging shoppers, starting friendly conversations, and collecting customer contact information for future follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers in a retail setting
- Explain promotions clearly and professionally
- Collect and accurately record customer information
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence on the sales floor
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the shift
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Prior customer service, sales, or promotional experience preferred (not required)
