Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal quality reviews of job files
- Prepare and process billing invoices
- Coordinate schedules for teams and ongoing jobs
- Perform basic accounting tasks (A/P, A/R, bookkeeping, payroll)
- Handle general administrative duties, including email and written correspondence
- Enter data accurately and efficiently
- Support additional departments as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in billing, scheduling, or quality assurance is a plus
- Service-industry background beneficial
- Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively in a busy, collaborative office
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Willing to learn industry-specific and proprietary software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
