Job Title: Landscape Laborer
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance and installation tasks, including mowing, planting, mulching, pruning, and weeding
- Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools; ensure all equipment is kept in good working condition
- Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining professional, courteous communication
- Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks efficiently with attention to detail
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Maintain a positive, win-win attitude while contributing to team goals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of landscaping experience and 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
- Knowledge: Familiarity with turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees
- Skills: Basic math, reading, and writing skills; strong verbal communication
- Availability: Able to work long seasonal hours, including weekends as needed
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to provide reliable transportation to the job site
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Helena, MT area before starting work
Physical Demands
This position requires substantial physical activity, including:
- Working outdoors in rain and extreme temperatures
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 125 lbs
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
- Walking at a brisk pace and working in kneeling positions for extended periods
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $16.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal, In-person
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend availability
- Shift Lengths: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
