Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Helena, MT
Schedule: 8–12 hours per week
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations in a professional office setting. This role provides essential clerical and operational assistance, including customer service, document management, and regular local errands. The position works closely with a loan officer and plays an important role in keeping office processes organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Prepare and process outgoing mailings
- Perform filing, record organization, and document management
- Digitize paper records and maintain electronic files
- Assist the loan officer with administrative and clerical support tasks
- Make regular local bank deposits
- Run office-related errands as needed
- Maintain basic office organization and workflow support
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an office administrative or clerical role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Basic computer skills, including document scanning and file management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for local driving
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical & Job Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office as needed
- Ability to lift and carry office materials and files
- Ability to safely operate a personal or company vehicle for local errands
Work Environment
This is a part-time, in-office position with a flexible weekly schedule within standard business hours. The role involves both desk-based administrative work and off-site errands within the local Helena area.
