Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation Representative (Part-Time, Commission Eligible)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Lead Generation Representative to help grow our professional cleaning services business. This role will start part-time and is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, and opening doors with new customers. As results are achieved, this position is designed to grow in hours, responsibility, and earning potential through commissions and performance-based incentives.
The primary focus of this role is generating qualified leads, developing new customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and local market engagement
- Generate and qualify leads for commercial and residential cleaning services
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers
- Schedule site walk-throughs, introductory meetings, or estimate appointments
- Educate prospective customers on service solutions and value propositions
- Track leads, activity, and outcomes using simple reporting or CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations or management to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Represent the company professionally in the community and marketplace
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
- Part-time hourly base pay (to start)
- Commission on new customers and/or recurring accounts

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field
- Familiarity with cleaning, facilities, or service-based industries is a plus (but not required)
