A growing organization is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support business development and revenue growth. This role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and promote products and services to prospective customers
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
