Job Overview

We are hiring Environmental Cleanup Laborers for an active remediation and demolition support project in the Helena area. This is a prevailing wage job with strong hours, overtime opportunities, and steady work through the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform environmental cleanup and remediation work
• Assist with site preparation, demolition support, and debris removal
• Load/unload materials, tools, and hazardous waste containers
• Support excavation, grading, and site restoration activities
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

• Must be able to pass:
  • DOJ fingerprinting background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, working outdoors)
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Construction, demolition, or environmental experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $24.00/hr base wage + applicable fringe benefits (prevailing wage project)
• Overtime opportunities
