Yard / Shop Laborer (Helena, MT)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Temporary - 8am-5pm Tues-Thur

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard/Shop Laborer to support daily operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things in order and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain shop and yard areas
- Pick up and dispose of debris, trash, and unwanted materials
- Break down pallets and prepare materials for disposal
- Load dumpsters and ensure waste is properly sorted
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (various weather)
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Previous labor or yard experience is a plus, but not required
