Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to assist with our VRBO (vacation rental) properties on an occasional, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone flexible who can help during busy turnover periods, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Change and restock linens, towels, and basic supplies
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Ensure the property is guest-ready, staged, and presentable
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists consistently
Schedule
- Part-time / on-call based on booking needs
- Must have availability for quick turnarounds (same-day cleans may be required)
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (VRBO/Airbnb experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and cleaning for extended periods
Compensation
- $18 per hour
