Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily front-office operations. This is a part-time, morning position ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and helping a busy team stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries
- Take messages and relay information accurately to team members
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork
- Help maintain organization of office documents and records
- Support the team with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative needs
- Keep the front office area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple programs)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
