Position: Fence Laborer / Installer Helper
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Helena area
We are looking for a hard-working, dependable individual to join our fencing crew. This is a physically demanding outdoor job that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to stay productive throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Dig post holes and assist with fence installation
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Mix concrete and set fence posts
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist crew members with measuring, layout, and installation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors all day
