Job Details

We are seeking a dependable Production Utility Operator to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for packaging finished products, operating forklifts, supporting production processes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package products according to specifications, including correct weight, labeling, and pallet configuration.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport, stack, and organize materials and finished goods.
• Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and quality requirements.
• Set up and monitor packaging equipment and materials.
• Inspect products and take samples as required.
• Complete production documentation and report equipment or product issues.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training may be provided.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift M-F 6am - 2pm
