Business Development Representative
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a company in Omaha, NE.
Position Details:
• Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Day shift hours
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $55,000-$65,000
Job Duties:
• Research and identify potential leads using various tools and strategies.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with prospects.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and potential.
• Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role (preferably B2B).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High level of motivation with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Knowledge of the [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
