Office Manager – Up to $30/hr!
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Office Manager to join a local Omaha client!
Position Details:
- Type: Evaluation Hire
- Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: Up to $30/hr
Job Duties:
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the office
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financials
- Manage office supplies and general office upkeep
- Assist with shipping & receiving duties
- Maintain an efficient and organized filing system
- Manage employee records and benefits
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of office management experience
- Proficient in Quikbooks
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in human resources preferred
- Ability to work independently and be self-lead
