Bilingual Paralegal
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Bilingual Paralegal to join a local Omaha Company!
Position Details:
· Type: Evaluation Hire
· Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours
· Location: Omaha, NE
· Pay/Salary: up to $30/hr
Job Duties:
· Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery
· Organize and manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records
· Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court officials as needed
· Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and compiling trial notebooks
· Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Requirements:
· Previous and recent Paralegal experience is required
· Associate’s degree in related field is required
· Must be an intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite
· Fluent in English and Spanish
